Terms of Sale
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us immediately by email, fax or phone advising of the reason and details of your purchase. Goods must be returned in their original state with original tags and labels, unused, unworn and as sold. Please include a copy of the original sales receipt and whether you require a replacement or refund.
Exception for Personalised items:
Please choose your personalisation letters for your bumbag carefully! We do not offer exchange or refund on personalised items unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was displayed or not doing what it is advertised to do or as otherwise required by law. Custom products made to your specifications are also non-refundable.
Cost of return freight is to be borne by the purchaser.
